Jeff Barker (b. 1943) is a Democratic member of the Oregon House of Representatives. He has represented District 28 since 2003.

Barker is a retired police lieutenant and has served the Portland Police Bureau. He was a Trooper in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Portland State University.[1]
