Daniel D. Guice (b. December 22, 1959) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 114th District since winning a special election September 23, 2008.

Guice is a real estate broker.

He is on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Gulf Coast, and a member of the National Association of Realtors. [1]
