Welborn won re-election in the 2012 election for Montana House of Representatives, District 72. Welborn ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and defeated Norma J. Duffy (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

On November 2, 2010 Welborn won election to the Montana House of Representatives. He defeated Ron Lake in the June 8 primary by a margin of 1,838-352. Eileen Carney ran for the seat on the Democratic ticket. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.


On November 4, 2008 Jeffrey Welborn won the seat to the Montana House of Representatives for District 72, receiving 3,485 votes.
