Jerry Frangas was a Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing the 4th District from 2003 to 2011.

Frangas works as a Senior Counselor with Denver Human Services. He has previously been a Caseworker with Douglas County Human Services, and as a Clinical Coordinator at the Central Shelter for Homeless Working Men.

He serves as President of the North Denver Neighbors Alliance, and Board Member of the West Highlands Neighborhood Association.[1]
