Jerry Kearns is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 92nd District since 2008. He was a County Supervisor on the Lee County Board of Supervisors from 1983-2001.

Kearns served in the United States Air Force from 1965-1969. He has worked as an Industrial Electrician with Metzeler Automotive, and as a Staff Representative of the United Steelworkers.

He is a member of the Lee County Labor Council, University of Iowa Labor Advisory Board, and Co-Chair of the Lee County Labor-Management Commission.[1]
