Jerry Roth was a Democratic candidate for District 28A, Minnesota House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Roth ran for election to the District 28A Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Tim Kelly (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1]
