Jessica Upshaw (b. August 31, 1959) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. She has represented the 95th District since 2004.

Upshaw is Owner/Lawyer with Jessica Sibley Upshaw & Associates. She was previously a Partner/Lawyer with Hopkins, Crawley, Bagwell & Upshaw from 1988-2000. She earned her JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law and BBA from the University of Mississippi.

Upshaw is a member of the American Bar Association, American Legislative Exchange Council, Colonial Dames, Daughters of the American Revolution, Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, Gulfport Yacht Club, Harrison County Bar Association, and the Mississippi Bar Association. [1]

Upshaw is running in the 2011 election for Mississippi House of Representatives District 95. She is running unopposed in the primary on August 2, 2011. No Democratic candidates filed to run for election. The general election takes place on November 8, 2011. [2]

2007

On November 6, 2007 Upshaw was re-elected in District 95, running unopposed.[3] She defeated Linda Johnson in the primary election by a margin of 1,900 to 1,164.[4]
