Jill Billings is a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, District 95. Billings has represented District 95 since winning a special election on November 8, 2011. The special election was called to fill the vacancy created when Rep. Jennifer Shilling (D) resigned after winning a senate recall election against Dan Kapanke on August 9, 2011.

Billing is the La Crosse County supervisor and Vice Char of the La Crosse County Board. She has also served as a teacher for the Friendship Program, teaching English to the Hmong community. She has two children.[1]
