Arnold earned his B.A. in Political Science/History from Valparaiso University and his Paralegal Certificate from Indiana University. His professional experience includes working as an Air Traffic Controller for the United States Air Force, Chief Investigator/Paralegal for the LaPorte County Prosecuting Attorneys Office, and Sheriff of LaPorte County. He served in the United States Army Reserves.
