Jim Roscoe (b. March 29, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. He has represented District 22 since 2009.

Roscoe received his Diploma from Hamden High School in 1968. He then attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, from 1968 to 1970.

Roscoe was a carpenter for Sealand Construction and Sam Miles Construction from 1972 to 1983 and from 1984 to 1987, respectively. He then worked as a General Contractor for Roscoe Woodworking from 1988 to 1992. He was also a Ski Patrolman for the Jackson Hole Ski Corporation from 1980 to 2002. Roscoe has worked as a General Contractor for Roscoe Corporation since 1992. [1]

Roscoe was re-elected to the Wyoming House of Representatives, District 22. He defeated Republican Bill Winney in the November 2, 2010 general election. He was unopposed in the August 17, 2010 primary. [2][3]
