Jimmie Todd Smith (b. December 16, 1965) is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 34 since 2012. Smith represented district 43 from 2010 to 2012.

Smith is a retired U.S. Army staff sergeant and paratrooper; he currently works as a security guard at the Crystal River Nuclear Plant. He and his wife, Lisa, reside in Inverness, FL, and have four children.
