Jimmy Eldridge (b. April 1, 1948) is a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 73. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.


Eldridge earned his BS in Chemistry/Biology from Lambuth University in 1971. He has worked as a farmer and owner of Allison-Eldridge Insurance Group, Incorporated. Eldridge served as Chair of the Madison County Republican Party from 1998 to 2000. He has served as Commissioner on the Madison County Commission since 1998.

Eldridge won re-election in the 2012 election for Tennessee House of Representatives, District 73. Eldridge ran unopposed in the August 2 primary election and defeated Corey Currie (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
