Joe Hune (b. May 29, 1980) is a Republican member of the Michigan State Senate, representing District 22. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Hune served in the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 47 from 2003 to 2009. At the time of his swearing-in, he became the youngest serving member of the Michigan Legislature.

Biography

Hune graduated from Cleary University with a B.S. in Financial Planning. He also attended Michigan State University. His professional experience includes owning and operating an agribusiness in Fowlerville, raising livestock and exotic animals on his family's farm, and working as journal clerk and page at the state capitol, real estate agent and livestock judge.
