Joseph P. "Joe" Johnson, Jr. is a former Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 4 from 1990 to 2014.

Johnson did not seek re-election in 2013. His seat was filled by Republican A. Benton Chafin.

Biography

Johnson's professional experience includes serving as a Substitute Judge for the Twenty-eighth General District Court from 1971 to 1989. He served in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955. [1]
