Joel Fry is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 95th District since January 10, 2011.

Fry is a health care consultant and president of TEAM Restoration Ministries. He is also adjunct faculty at Simpson College and the University of Iowa School of Social Work. He holds a B.A. from Simpson College and an M.S. in Social Work from the University of Iowa.[1]

Fry is running in the 2012 election for Iowa House of Representatives District 27. Fry defeated James Demichelis, Jr. in the Republican primary on June 5, 2012. No Democratic candidates have filed for the district. Ruth Eileen Smith was nominated to the general ballot by petition. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
