Joel Fry is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 27 since 2013. He previously represented District 95 from 2011 to 2013. In the 2013 session, Fry serves as an Assistant Majority Leader.

Fry is a health care consultant and president of TEAM Restoration Ministries. He is also adjunct faculty at Simpson College and the University of Iowa School of Social Work. He holds a B.A. from Simpson College and an M.S. in Social Work from the University of Iowa.[1]
