John Carey (b. June 7, 1970) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 21st District since 2002.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1992, Carey became an investment consultant for First United Bank and Trust. He and his wife, Pamela, have three children: Guy Walker, Anna Scott and Emma Claire.
