Fleming ran for re-election to the District 12 seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the June 8 primary. Daniel Salomon ran for the seat on the Democratic ticket. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.

2008

On November 4, 2008 John Fleming won the seat to the Montana House of Representatives for District 12, receiving 2,736 votes.
