John L. Freeman is a Democratic member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, District 60. He was first elected in 2010.

Freeman, a former high school teacher, earned an associate of arts degree from Western Wyoming Community College. He has served on the Western Wyoming Community College Board of Trustees since 2004, and is chair of the Green River Greenbelt Task Force.
