John Jay Myers was a 2012 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. Senate from Texas. He lost in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1]

Myers ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Texas. He was one of six Libertarian candidates who were selected at the Libertarian Party convention to appear on the general election ballot. Myers lost in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
