John Millner

John Millner is a Republican member of the Illinois Senate. Millner has served in the Illinois Senate since 2005. Millner was re-elected in November of 2008 with his term expiring in 2012. Millner has also served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 2003 to 2005.
Millner earned his Bachelor's Degree from Lewis University and a Masters of Public Affairs degree from Western Illinois.
Before becoming a Senator, Millner was the Chief of the Elmherst Police Department from 1972 to 2003.

John is married to Debbie Millner. They have two children and reside in Carol, Illinois.
