John Moran is a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Windham-Bennington-1. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006.


Moran earned his BA from Adelphia University in 1980. He went on to receive his MA from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst in 1994.
