John M. Sapien is a Democratic member of the New Mexico Senate, representing District 9. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008.

Biography

Sapien earned his BBA in Finance from the University of New Mexico. His professional experience includes being the President of the Bernalillo Public Schools Foundation, working as an intern for the Office of United States Senator Jeff Bingaman, and as the owner/agent of a State Farm Insurance Agency since 1992. [1]
