John Steinbrink (b. April 17, 1949) is a former Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 65th District from 1997 to 2013. He also serves as President of the Pleasant Prairie Village Board.

Steinbrink works as a dairy and grain farmer.

He is a member of Conserv FS, Incorporated, Danish Brotherhood, Italian-American Club, Kenosha Area Business Alliance, Kenosha-Racine FS, Moose Lodge Number 286, Pleasant Prairie Planning Commission, Pleasant Prairie Police Auxiliary, Senior Action Council, Saint Anne's Catholic Church, Wisconsin Electric Community Round Table, Wisconsin League of Municipalities, and Wisconsin Towns Association.[1]

Steinbrink lost re-election in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 61. Steinbrink ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 14 and was defeated by District 66 incumbent Samantha Kerkman (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
