John Tuttle, Jr. is a Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 143 from 2004 to 2012, 1988 to 2002, and 1978 to 1984. He also served in the Maine State Senate from 1984 to 1988.

Tuttle is an Emergency Medical Technician. He has served in the Maine Army National Guard.

Tuttle is founder of the Maine State Life Saving Association, a member of the Elks Home, Knights of Columbus, Lions Club, and the Sanford Charter Commission.[1]
