Weisenberger ran in the 2011 election for Mississippi House of Representatives District 63. He ran unopposed in the primary on August 2, 2011, but later left the race. Democrat Deborah Butler Dixon defeated incumbent Walter Robinson, Jr. in the June 7 Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 8, 2011.[1]
