Jonathan Windy Boy (b. August 28, 1958) is a Democratic member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 16 since 2009.

Windy Boy attended Northern Montana University. He went on to receive his Associate's Degree in Telecommunications from Southwest Indian Polytechnical Institute in 1980.

Windy Boy is a Guest Columnist for Indian Country Today. He has also worked as a Grass Dancer.

Windy Boy has served on the Tribal Council for the Chippewa-Cree Tribe from 1999 to the present. He also served in the Montana State House of Reperesentatives from 2003 to 2009.
