Joseph Minnick (b. March 16, 1933) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 6. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994 and previously served a term from 1988 to 1990.

Minnick's professional experience includes working as the Owner and Operator of Minnick's Restaurant and Catering Service. He served in the United States Navy.
