Joseph Raich is a 2011 Democratic candidate for District 26 of the New Jersey General Assembly.

Raich is also running for the Parsippany Board of Education. He says that if he wins the school board election he will not drop out of the assembly race. However, state statute does not allow holding both offices. Raich said, "I aim to win both and then decide."[1]

Raich is a candidate for the 2011 Democratic Party nomination for District 26 of the New Jersey General Assembly. Raich is bracketed with Elliott Isibor in the June 7 primary. The top-two voter getters will advance to the general election on November 8, 2011.[2]
