Joseph Scarpa was a 2013 Republican candidate for District 38 of the New Jersey General Assembly.[1]

Biography

Scarpa earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University in 1988, his Masters Degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1999, and his Leadership Development Certificate from Rutgers University in 2005. His professional experience includes working as a chief legislative aide in the U.S. Senate.[2]

Scarpa ran in the 2013 election for New Jersey General Assembly District 38. Scarpa is unopposed in the June 4 Republican primary. He is challenged by Timothy J. Eustace (D) and Joan Fragala (R) in the general election on November 5, 2013.[3][4]
