Josh Caesar was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Texas.


Caesar was born in India and grew up in north Texas.

Caesar is a software engineer by profession. He has spent more than 22 years in the software engineering and high tech industry. He has worked in project and engineering management.

Caesar is a 21-year resident of the Dallas area and a life-long Republican. He attends First Baptist Church of McKinney, Texas.

Caesar ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 3rd District. He was defeated by incumbent Sam Johnson in the Republican primary on May 29, 2012.[2][3]
