Josh Mandel is the current Treasurer of Ohio. Previously, he served as a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 17th District from 2007 to 2011, and as a member of the Lyndhurst City Council.

Mandel's professional experience is as the founder of The Groveland Company and an intelligence specialist for the United States Marine Corps, Iraq.

Mandel was eligible to seek re-election to the House, but elected to run for treasurer instead. He won that election and assumed office in January 2011.
