Joyce Ann Fitzpatrick (b. November 24, 1942) is a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 8 since 2010. Fitzpatrick ran in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 8.

From May 1976 to May 2008, Joyce was the Vice President of Operations at the F.A. Peabody Company, an insurance company offering personal and commercial insurance products, and niche insurance lines such as affinity plans, trucking and logging insurance, group benefits and bonding.

Fitzpatrick attended Ricker College in Houlton, Maine. Ricker was founded in 1848, and closed its doors in 1978.

Fitzpatrick ran in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 8. Fitzpatrick ran unopposed in the June 12 Republican primary and defeated Patrick Hunt (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
