Juan M. Pichardo (b. October 21, 1966) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island State Senate, representing District 2. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002. He is currently the Deputy Majority Leader.

Pichardo earned his AA in Liberal Arts from the Community College of Rhode Island in 1992. He went on to receive his AA in Audio Visual in 2001. He is currently attending Rhode Island College, studying Political Science. He currently works at Rhode Island Hospital. Pichardo served in the United States Air National Guard.

Pichardo won re-election in District 2. He was unopposed in the Democratic primary on September 11, 2012. Pichardo defeated Ramon A. Perez (I) and Luis E. Pimentel (I) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
