The Judiciary Committee is a standing committee of the Alaska State Senate.

Per the Uniform Rules, committees of the Alaska State Senate are assigned by the Committee on Committees. The Committee on Committees is appointed by the President of the Senate and has five members including the President. Committees are assigned after each election.[1] What constitutes a quorum for committees is not defined. The President is not recognized as an "ex officio" member of any committee.
