Judy Solano is a former Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 31 from 2005 to 2013.

Solano is a retired public school teacher and owner of Artes Solano.

She is a member of the After School Network Board, Colorado Education Association, Colorado Environmental Coalition, National Education Association, and the Sierra Club, Rocky Mountain Chapter.[1]

Issues

Solano did not provide answers to the Colorado State Legislative Election 2008 Political Courage Test. The test provides voters with how a candidate would vote on the issues if elected.[2]

Solano ran for re-election to the 31st District seat in 2010. She had no opposition in the August 10 primary. Solano defeated Tom Janich (R) in the November 2 general election.
