Justin Ross (b. April 18, 1976) is a former Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 22 from January 8, 2003 to November 9, 2012. Ross announced his resignation in September 2012, citing the intent to spend more time with his family.[1] He served as Chief Deputy Majority Whip from 2007 to his resignation.

Ross is an Associate Real Estate Broker with The Michael Companies Incorporated. He has previously been a Real Estate Consultant for Prince George's County Redevelopment Authority.

Ross is a member of the Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, Maryland Green Caucus, and Bi-County Committee of the Prince George's County Delegation.[2]
