K.L. Brown (b. June 27, 1951) is a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 40th District. He was elected in a special election held February 16, 2010 to replace Lea Fite who died while in office. Brown will serve the rest of her term, which ends in November 2010.

Brown defeated Democrat Ricky Whaley by a vote of 3,422 to 2,575.[1]

Brown attended the University of South Alabama, the University of Montevallo, and Jacksonville State University. He also graduated from the Kentucky School of Mortuary Science, Louisville in 1971. He currently works as owner and President of K. L. Brown Memory Chapel and K. L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
