Kathleen "Kathy" Bernier is a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, District 68.

Bernier is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and earned a certificate in Public Management Essentials from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. She worked as a Chippewa County Clerk from 1999-2011.[1]

Bernier won re-election in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 68. Bernier ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14 and defeated Judy Smriga (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
