Kathy McClain (b. May 28, 1944) was a Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly. She represented the 15th District from 1998 to 2010. State term limits disqualify her from re-election in 2010.

McClain earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Regis College. She earned a master's degree in Public Administration and certification in Gerontology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She works for Clark County Social Services. McClain and her husband, Dave, have four children: Trish, Paul, Mary and Todd.
