Kelly M. Burke (b. December 17, 1951) is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 36. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Burke earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois and her J.D. from John Marshall Law School. Her professional experience includes working as a staff attorney at Saint Xavier University, practicing law privately, clearking for two circuit court judges and working as a legislative aide for former state Representative Andrew J. McGann.
