Kelly Schulz (b. January 2, 1969) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 4A. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010.


Schulz earned her B.A. in Political Science from Hood College in 2006. Her professional experience includes working as a program manager for a Department of Defense contractor and real estate agent.
