Kelvin Buck (b. July 23, 1961) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 5th District since 2004.

Buck is a Coordinating Director for American Broadcasting Corporation 24 News. He earned his BA from Rust College.

Buck is a member of the Boys Scouts of America and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.[1]

On November 8, 2011, Buck won re-election to District 5 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election. [2]

On November 6, 2007 Buck won re-election in District 5, defeating Republican challenger James Richard Dunworth with 3,154 votes.[3] He was unopposed in the primary election.[4]
