Kelvin Buck (b. July 23, 1961) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 5th District since 2004.

Buck is a Coordinating Director for American Broadcasting Corporation 24 News. He earned his BA from Rust College.

Buck is a member of the Boys Scouts of America and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.[1]

Buck is running in the 2011 election for Mississippi House of Representatives District 5. He ran unopposed in the primary on August 2, 2011. No Republican candidates filed to run for election. The general election takes place on November 8, 2011. [2]


On November 6, 2007 Buck won re-election in District 5, defeating Republican challenger James Richard Dunworth with 3,154 votes.[3] He was unopposed in the primary election.[4]
