Kelvin E. Butler (b. April 8, 1956) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing District 38. He was first elected to the chamber in 2003.

Butler served as a Magnolia alderman. He was a candidate for the Mississippi House of Representatives in 1999.

Biography

Butler earned his A.A. from Meadow Draughon Business College in 1975. Now retired, his professional experience includes working for Delphi Packard Electric Systems.
