Ken Luttrell (b. August 13, 1953) was a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He represented District 37 from 2006 to 2010. He was defeated in the 2010 election.

Luttrell served in the United States Army. He has been a retail manager since 1985. He and his wife, Brenda, have two children: Shannon and Lauren.
