Ken Paxton is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 70 since 2003.

Paxton is an attorney with a private practice. He has worked for Strasburger and Price, Limited Liability Partnership, and has been a Management Consultant with Arthur Andersen, and In-House Legal Counsel for J.C. Penney Company, Incorporated.
