Ken Upchurch (b. June 4, 1969) is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 52. He was first elected to the chamber in February 2013. He served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2003 to 2006 and as Minority Whip from 2003-2006.

Upchurch won election in the special election for Kentucky House of Representatives District 52. The seat was vacant following Sara Beth Gregory's (R) resignation after winning election to the Kentucky State Senate in a special election in December 2012. A few weeks earlier she won re-election to the Kentucky House of Representatives on November 6, 2012. Upchurch defeated Harvey Shearer (D) in the special election on February 12, 2013.[1][2][3]
