Kenneth Fletcher (b. October 28, 1945) was a Republican member of the Maine House of Representatives. He represented the 54th District from 2002-2010. In 2010, Fletcher was ineligible to run under Maine's term limits.

Fletcher is a self-employed Pulp and Paper Consultant. He previously worked as a Technical Consultant for Fletcher Consulting from 1996-2004, Production Manager for First Urban Fiber from 1995-1996, and Manager/Technician for Scott Paper Company from 1969-1995.

Fletcher is a member of the Winslow Planning Board.[1]
