Kenneth Bowman was a 2013 Republican candidate for District 16 of the Virginia House of Delegates. Bowman holds a BA in Human Resources Administration and an Masters of Public Administration from Troy State University. He served as a member of the York County Board of Supervisors from 2003 to 2008. His public service also includes four years (2009-2013) as the Economic Development Coordinator for Pittsylvania County. Bowman is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served for 32 years in the Virginia National Guard and U.S. Army.
